“Obesity/From” premiere

To mark World Obesity Day Europe on March 4, ECPO’s Italian member association Amici Obesi Onlus will premiere “Obesity/From” a monologue play about a journey of a person living with obesity since childhood, performed by an Italian actress and bariatric patient, Mrs. Donatella Liotta. After the show, a debate will take place between patients and healthcare professionals invited for the audience and moderate by the protagonist of the play, followed by a light and healthy cocktail and buffet. From 3 pm to 7 pm.

Entrance is free but limited to 100 seats

Roundtable “Obesity: a chronic disease”

ECPO member in Italy, Diana Castillo, will participate in a roundtable to bring patient voice in a discussion with healthcare professionals on this event to mark World Obesity Day in the Lombardia Italian region.
